Registering
How do I register?
To Register with MyAmtex.com you need to follow the below steps.
Step -1: Click on the Sign up Button you will see the Registration form.
Step -2: Fill the appropriate detail and click on the submit button to register with Myamtex.com.
Step -3: The Fields with Red asterisk is compulsory field..
Step -4: The Given Email ID will be your user name for further log in process.
Logging In
What is my user name?
Your Email ID will be your User name.
What is my password?
Password is User defined so whatever you entered in the password field at the time of registration this would be your password.
What is “Remember My Log-In”?
If you select "Remember Me" then you only need to click the "Log In" button to log in. This is appropriate if you are the sole user of the computer.
Please note that some web browsers have a feature where they will remember and fill in log-in information for you. This behavior is independent of our feature..
Are my user name and/or password case sensitive?
User name will not be case sensitive but Password is case sensitive so please take care at the time of registration or change password for Caps Lock key is On or Off.
Updating My Account
How do I update my account information?
Please find the below steps to update your Account information.
Step-1: Sign in with your Email Id and password in the MyAmtex.com
Step-2: Click on the My Account Button.
Step-3: Edit the Account & Contact Information and click on the Update account button.
Step-4: If you want to change the Address information then click on the Change button near Address and fill appropriate detail then click on the Submit button.
How do I change my password?
Please find the below steps to update your Account information.
Step-1: Sign in with your Email Id and password in the MyAmtex.com
Step-2: Click on the My Account Button.
Step-3: Add the proper detail in the password as well as enter the confirm password as password to validate and then click on the Update Account button to change your password.
Checking Order Status
Where is my order?
Please find the below steps to update your Account information.
Step-1: Sign in with the MyAmtex.com
Step-2: Click on the Track my Order button to view all of your orders click on the Order number to check the detail of that particular order.
How do I check the status of an online order(s)?
Please find the below steps to update your Account information.
Step-1: Sign in with the MyAmtex.com
Step-2: Click on the Track my Order button to view all of your orders with the status for more detail click on the Order number to review the detail of the order.
After Placing Your Order
How do I obtain a copy of My Invoice?
Please find the below steps to update your Account information.
Step-1: If you want Invoice in email then register with Electronic Invoice option for that you need to follow the below steps.
Step-2: Click on the Home Electronic Invoice button then fill the appropriate detail for your user then click on the submit button to submit the detail.
Step-3: Then whenever you create an order at that time you will receive your Invoice in your Email.
Step-4: If you have not registering with Electronic Invoice then Amtex will send you this Invoice by courier.

General Information
How do I download a catalog?
Click on the Download Catalog button to download the catalog.
How do we use the Gift Coupon?
Add an Item in the cart then click on the View cart button.
In the Shopping cart page you will have an option to add the Gift card Coupon card Add the appropriate your coupon code then click on the Apply Coupon to get the discount.
How do we place an Order?
Please find the below steps to Place an Order.
Step-1: Select the Items from the MyAmtex.com
Step-2: Add the Items in the cart.
Step-3: Click on the View cart button to Check Out page.
Step-4: Click on the Check out button to check out for this order.
Step-5: Select the Shipping Method, review the addresses, select the Payment terms and then enter the valid Credit card detail.
Step-6: Click on the Check out button after filling appropriate detail.
Step-7: In the confirmation page review details like Shipping address, Billing Address, Payment Method and Order summary Then click on the Place order to submit the Order.
